Common questions

How quickly do engagements start?

Typically 1–2 weeks from initial agreement, depending on how much pre-work is involved. We don't have a long onboarding process — we start learning your business from the first call.

What size companies do you work with?

We work best with businesses doing between $500K and $20M in annual revenue — established enough to execute on strategy, but early enough that our work can have meaningful impact. We occasionally work outside this range on a case-by-case basis.

Do you work with specific industries?

We have deep experience in SaaS, professional services, healthcare services, and e-commerce. That said, our methodology is industry-agnostic — we've worked with businesses across 8+ verticals. If you're outside these categories, we're happy to have a conversation.

How are engagements priced?

Every engagement is scoped individually based on the work required and the outcome we're accountable to. We don't publish rates because a 6-week sprint and an 18-month embedded partnership are fundamentally different. We'll give you a clear proposal after the first conversation.

What makes GrowthHive different from other consulting firms?

We stay accountable to outcomes, not deliverables. We've operated inside businesses ourselves, so we design for what's actually executable — not what looks good in a slide. And we don't disappear after the strategy is done.
